At Momentum Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
